How to Prepare for your Postpartum

Marea Goodman (she/her/they) is a licensed midwife and queer mama specializing in pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and conception care for the LGBTQ+ community. Marea is passionate about empowering pregnant people through all stages of family building, from trying to conceive, to pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenting. Marea is also a writer whose work has been featured by the Huffington Post, Ms Magazine, and Mother.ly. Her upcoming book, Baby Making for Everybody—A Guide for LGBTQ+ and Solo Parents, which she cowrote with Ray Rachlin, is set to be published in April, 2023.
